We'll discuss about how I can help you. We can chat about what you want to repair, tailor, or custom make. I'd like to listen your idea and what you want to do, we can make a great solution together.

STEP 3

You can drop off the items you wish to repair or alter at my business directly in Merrickville. If you live outside of Merrickville, you can ship your items to me. We'll discuss this in our chat. I'll contact you when your items are ready for pick up.

FAQ

For custom work do I need to provide my own materials?

You can provide your own materials or I can source material for you. We can discuss what you're looking for, and I can send you some samples before we make a decision.

Do you alter wedding dresses, suits, or other formal wear?

No. I'm able to complete alterations on winter coats, pants, and shirts, but I'm unable to alter wedding dresses or suits at this time.

Do you repair shoes?

No, I'm unable to repair shoes at this time. I will update my website if this changes in the future.

How long will it take for me to receive my items after dropping them off?

That will depend on the complexity of the project, and how many jobs I have in my pipeline. Please ask up-front and I can give you an estimate of how long the job will take.

How does pricing work?

For jobs that I complete regularly, like zipper replacements, I have set fees. For custom jobs, it will depend on the complexity of the project. I typically charge based on the cost of materials and the amount of time the project takes. I will send you an estimate after we agree to move forward on a project.
