You'll explore how slowing down and focusing on the present moment can support well-being, embrace imperfection, and how the steady rhythm of hand stitching can become a mindful practice in itself. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThen you'll learn the traditional Japanese technique of decorative stitching as you create patterns on a pre-made denim pouch. The pouch is the perfect size for keeping your pens and stationery in one place (11\" × 7\").\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChoose from two sessions:\u003cbr\u003eMorning: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.\u003cbr\u003eAfternoon: 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo experience needed, and beginners are welcome. The fee is $125 and includes all materials.
